Everything is very nice! If you don't have a dog. Unfortunately, you're allowed to bring a dog, but it's best to leave it in the car. Neither on the lawn, as it could leave yellow stains, nor in the pool, as it could clog the filter. The apartment also has very strict rules, it would have been easier to write down what the dog is allowed to do instead of what it isn't. There's a lot of traffic around the house and no sidewalks, making it difficult to go for walks. It's really great for families with children!

We were there as a family (3 adults, 3 children (1, 4, 5 years old). We had a wonderful holiday and would gladly return. Casa Cinzia is a beautiful vacation apartment; the apartment is very modern, and the garden with pool is simply a dream for the children.

It was great. Clean and well-furnished. Lovely balcony and garden, and a very nice landlord. A comfortable holiday.

What a fantastic apartment! We found the perfect place to completely unwind. The apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, making you feel right at home. The absolute highlight is the swimming pool with its breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills – it's the ideal place to enjoy pure tranquility – highly recommended. The village of Santa Maria a Monte is quite small but an ideal base for visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and more.

A very nice apartment, lacking nothing. The pool is also very nice. The landlord is very nice and easy-going. We had a small problem with the shower; the water wasn't draining well and the drain was clogged. We contacted the landlord, and it was resolved within 10 minutes. The key handover also went smoothly. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation was very nice. And it was also well-equipped with kitchen utensils. You have to run the air conditioning at night because the street is a bit noisy. The pool was the highlight. We were in it every day. And the neighbors were super nice, too. They were happy to give tips on where to go.

An extraordinary view upon arrival! Very friendly owners at your reception. Everything is new and of good quality, lots of dishes for all uses, all comfort: WiFi super household appliances dishwasher and professional cooker, good bedding, beautiful bathrooms with modern shower cabins and even a laundry room with washing machine! Close to Pisa, Florence and Siena. 2-space parking but very narrow to maneuver with an SUV and exit with little visibility. Ciao

It is a very nice holiday apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is a 20-50 km drive to Pisa/Lucca/Florence/the beach. We used the train twice. Very good train connections. We would be happy to return to this holiday apartment. Suitable for small children and older children.

We really liked the Casa Cinzia holiday apartment and had a wonderful summer holiday. The apartment is in an apartment building and is the only holiday apartment, so we had 2 parking spaces behind the house and the pool for our sole use. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had the impression that we were possibly the first tenants. The only thing missing was a vacuum cleaner - you sweep and mop.

Very clean apartment, has everything you need. Pool and garden were sensational! Recommended for anyone who wants a comfortable private holiday.
