Villa Rufina, Tuscany

Spacious house, all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is in the middle of nature and has a very spacious outdoor area. The landlord L. lives in the (only) neighboring house and helps immediately if you need support. Very large pool for private use. We can highly recommend the accommodation.

Leonardo was a great host. Very friendly and helpful. Quiet location. Great view. Property is well equipped.

A very friendly owner. Lives nearby but his presence does not disturb. The swimming pool is lovely, large and with plenty of sunbeds. You can easily do Florence by train. Recommended!

It was great, beautiful, great views, there were two miles of horses, the pool was very large and perfect for a large group of people, and the owner was very understanding and helpful :))

Very nice house, fully equipped, in the beautiful hills of Rufina. Very hospitable and helpful owner. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Nice large swimming pool. Everything clean. An absolute must. Florence is too easily accessible, an hour away by car. Only point: address was not found on our navigation systems. So better directions (pin in Google) are necessary.

The house is isolated on a hill just above the town of Londa. If you are looking for seclusion, peace and relaxation, this is the place for you. The house is certainly already past its prime, but is still in a neat and clean condition and nothing is missing. The pool is very large and we used it extensively every day, but it could have been better maintained. The landlord, who lives with his family in a house next to the holiday home, is very friendly.

The house is located in the middle of wooded hills and the view is magnificent. Outside there is a large covered table that seats ten people. The pool is really huge and you can really swim laps. Two horses also live on the property. It is only a 15 minute walk to the site. Smaller purchases are possible there. The owners are super nice and yet unobtrusive. Florence is easy to reach by train.

great house, 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms, very clean, great view, good furniture, firm mattresses, new garden furniture, swimming pool + area great and very clean, everything is great! Only the approach is really extremely difficult, because it is very steep and with a right-angled curve, it is not easy to drive up with the car when you are fully loaded
