Calvello Roselle, Tuscany

We had a lovely time in Tuscany. The holiday home is ideal for dogs and we particularly appreciated that the garden was fenced in so our dog could run around freely.

The house is functionally furnished. Everything you need. No neighbors. just right for those looking for peace. The property is a good size and completely fenced in just right for dogs. Pure nature. The road that leads past the property is busy during the day and less in the evening. We felt very comfortable and would go there again. There should be an indication in the house of how garbage is disposed of in Italy.

The inventory in the house is all getting a bit old. The garden loungers were okay. The chairs were made of plastic and not very suitable for long periods of sitting. The shower in the bathroom is okay, the toilet and the sink were OK. The boiler is a bit tight at 30 liters. The bedroom was okay, the bed and the mattress were perfect. However, it has to be said that for 4 people, everything is a bit tight. Perfect with a dog.

Impossible both outside and inside the house to take a decent shower, presence of unwelcome animals and insects

Everything perfect, the house is complete with everything you need ... the location is quiet and the huge tree-lined outdoor area that surrounds it is completely fenced, thus offering an excellent solution for those who, like us, were traveling with 2 dogs. The possibility of being able to sunbathe undisturbed in the garden, have a barbecue outside while drinking a cold beer is not just ... The owners extremely available and very nice. And most importantly, you are very close to everything. Highly recommended. Ivan

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owners of the house, who immediately proved very kind. The house is immersed in the Maremma (so do not be frightened by some insects, spider mites or cicada) isolated, so you can enjoy the peace of nature. Ideal to switch off immersed in the Maremma and not far from places such as the Maremma park, Grosseto with its Cathedral or the Tuscan beaches. I recommend it to anyone who is tired of the sounds of the city.

Very nice house for 2 people. Calm 20 km from the beaches. Very warm welcome from very friendly owners. All in a very beautiful area.

We spent the holiday as a couple with our dog. Therefore, the fenced area around the house was the most important thing to us. There is a lot to discover for the fur noses and lots of shaded areas. The furnishing of the house is functional. There is the possibility to cook. The kitchenette includes everything you need basic. For us completely sufficient. There are 4 beds available. German TV programs could be received. The bathroom is simply furnished, as is usual in southern countries, but perfectly adequate. If you are looking for peace, rest and relaxation in the midst of nature, this is the place for you. We loved using the garden shower. Although this is very simply built, we really liked it. If you are looking for luxury, you should rather look for a star hotel. The landlords have put a lot of effort into organizing the handing over of the keys and the final bill.

So we were horrified by what Interchalet was offering...yes, it means simple equipment and meadow land....the property is just unkempt, the weeds were 50 to 60 cm high (not like in the photos), you want to be there don't put it in the garden....all wild growth...the garden shower consists of a pedestal assembled from leftover wood and a garden hose with a shower head....then you lose the shower...inside well...the worst is Toilet...everything is correct...we bought two cloths and left them there because the shower is not separated...there is only one bolier...that means for a woman after the beach... wash hair first, wait....then shower....wait again...then your partner can take a shower...overall also dingy.....indicates there was a TV....the outdoor grill is unusable.. ..Dirty, disgusting....As already rated..Not usable....There hasn't been a grill for years....Interchaelt should also see the objects personally I'll check... Overall, it's dingy and unkempt... the garden can't be used... so never again in this property... we know simple equipment from other properties... but nothing like that

Mosquito plague, street in front of the house is sometimes a "race track", no satellite TV, outdoor grill cannot be used, bathroom and kitchen are too small.
