If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will find it here. The beautiful holiday home is equipped with everything you need, all kitchen utensils are available and enough dishes, the large double bed is excellent, there is plenty of space outside and there are chairs and deck chairs, a bench with a view of the sunset. We were given a very friendly welcome by the landlady, a bottle of wine, homemade fig jam and sugo were waiting for us... absolutely recommended.

Very nice, quiet holiday home away from the hotspots. Very friendly hosts welcomed us with a basket of fresh vegetables! The accommodation is simple but well furnished.

I chose the place for a little break in mid-March. It's a wonderful, very quiet place. In the morning you are woken up by the birds, in the evening you can hear the animals in the surrounding forests. The accommodation is cozy, clean. The fireplace also made the March evenings warm and cozy. The hosts are very accommodating. Wood, eggs, pasta, homemade tomato sauce - everything was there. Gladly again!

Perfect holiday thanks to the hosts

Beautiful, small holiday home in Tuscany. Simply furnished, but with everything you need. Well located to explore Tuscany. Very nice landlords who live next door, but unfortunately only speak Italian. We were still able to communicate well. To start with, they had provided us with a basket of fresh vegetables from their own garden, and one evening we even got a delicious stew brought to us. Air conditioning would be nice to have in midsummer, but that works too.

The accommodation is very good, we had a great rest with our dog. The landlords are very nice. We bought wine and eggs directly from you. The description of the object is fully accurate. It is 25 minutes to the sea (Marina di Bibbona) and also 25 minutes to Volterra.

Very friendly landlord of a holiday home exactly as described. Unfortunately no air conditioning, so quite warm nights. We received a small starter package for the first meals, fruit and vegetables from the garden, and even cakes were baked especially for us. You should be able to speak a few Italian sentences in order to communicate with the landlord. Ideally located for exploring Tuscany, but mobile gearing is essential. Next village about 5 km, restaurant about 10 km far
