Superb residence with large garden and a very pretty swimming pool. Semi-detached house with a large bedroom and a living room, very high ceiling. It is quiet. Well-equipped kitchen. Simple interior. Consistent with the photos and description. Donato, the owner of the place speaks very good French (among others), his welcome is warm and he is responsive. We visited the winery where he works and it was very interesting. We will come back with great pleasure!

A beautiful place, a good base for trips to nearby towns (Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena). The pool is great, as is the owner. I recommend it.

Very nice, well-kept complex and pool. Family-friendly, relaxed and child-friendly atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Rustic furnishings with very few kitchen utensils. We would come back anytime! You definitely need a car! No air conditioning, lots of mosquitoes in the summer.

Everything OK. You have to buy the equipment yourself when it comes to washing-up liquid. Mattresses very hard in bed but we were very happy with the host who gave us a wine and oil tasting. Great person.

We really liked the quiet location above Poggibonsi as a central starting point for excursions into Tuscany. In the afternoon and when it's very hot, relaxation at/in the pool. Protected, locked parking lot. Spacious complex with only 4 apartments. WiFi (works). The host ... is easily accessible as a contact person and is always very friendly and helpful.
