Holiday Rental Description

Nestled in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, this home promises a peaceful escape surrounded by nature. Despite its location, Palaia village is within walking distance and San Miniato is a short drive away. Perfect for larger groups, this is an ideal base for friends or family who like to holiday together yet still enjoy some private time, as you have the main villa and a separate annexe here. Throw in olive grove views, a private pool and sun-drenched terraces, and it’s not hard to see why this home made it into our collection.

Home truths:
*While not all bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area of the turret, accessed via a bedroom. Let your host know in advance if you'd like this sofa bed to be made available.
*This home comprises the main villa, sleeping ten, and an annexe, sleeping four.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool, open from April until October, isn't fenced. If you're bringing children, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*Well-behaved dogs may be welcome to accompany you with prior approval from your host.
