Escape to your own private sanctuary in the hills of Tuscany. This charming villa is set in a vast garden among olive groves and cypress trees, with a sun-kissed swimming pool that’s especially inviting when you’ve been out and about exploring. Inside, you’ll find all the characterful features you’d expect from a traditional farmhouse, including timber beams and flagstone floors, as well as modern comforts for a happy holiday. Make yourself at home on a shaded sun lounger (the perfect perch for relaxing with a good book) or fire up the barbecue for an al fresco feast. Or take a short stroll through the trees to Lake Montedoglio, where you can enjoy fishing, water sports, and scenic walks.

*The accommodation is set over three floors, as well as a mezzanine level.
*The attic bedroom has two single beds and a small double bed, which we think is best for children.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 15th May and 15th October.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free driveway parking for up to twelve cars.
