Alongside the beautiful views, you’ll be treated to a private pool, a serene garden and plenty of shady spots for lazy afternoons siestas. The rooms are set across the main house and a neighbouring annexe – making this a great spot for groups looking to stretch out and spend quality time together. From here, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to hiking trails, vineyards and charming hilltop towns. It’s also a great base for exploring nearby Montaione, Volterra and San Gimignano.

Home truths:
*Please note the main house sleeps eight guests and the annexe sleeps four guests. It’s also worth noting the owner’s live on site in the neighbouring house.
*It is possible for two of the bedrooms with single beds to be arranged as doubles on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
*The swimming pool is available for use from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
*Please also note there is a pond in the garden – young children will need to be supervised outside at all times.
*Private parking is available for up to three cars.
