This villa is nestled amid pine trees in a pretty spot on the coast. It offers the perfect blend of privacy and convenience, with Capoliveri only a five-minute drive away. The park-like garden surrounding the villa is also home to a small winery, and boasts direct access to a private beach – it’s a wonderful spot for taking a dip and watching the sun set each evening. There are also two terraces, one in the garden, and one on the first floor. Inside, you’ll find traditional terracotta floors and a piano.Home truths:
