Beautiful accommodation with the best hosts! Part of an old castle from the 14th century, good location for exploring Tuscany with shopping and good restaurants. The residents are super friendly and helpful. Small tip... leave the car in town and walk to the accommodation, then the journey is relaxed. Good parking at the end of the town in the direction of the old copper mine. And only use one electrical device at a time, otherwise the power grid will be overloaded...

We liked it so much last year that we had to come back, and it certainly won't be the last time. The house has everything you need, but above all classic Italian charm, peace and quiet and extremely friendly landlords... you can also eat excellently in town and Montecatini is the perfect base for exploring Tuscany...

The hosts were great. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. You have your own garden and a great view over the beautiful valley. Montecatini is highly recommended.

In a beautiful 14th century town of Monticello with its steep narrow streets, between the keep and the church lies the sculptor's house, now managed by Andrea and Lilia. The house has 2 layers, in both a bedroom, a spacious kitchen, living room and bathroom. Wedged in by two walls there is a small garden with a beautiful view over the fields and hills. The equipment is good and complete and the hospitality heartwarming.

Nice, but not very functional. The wi-fi doesn't work and the washing machine is dodgy. The kind and nice proletarians !! The rest in the norm.

A complete change of scenery, a small medieval village in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Magnificent apartment in absolute calm. The hosts are very warm. To do again, without hesitation.

Good stay and beautiful town, very friendly and attentive owners, the apartment has a washing machine and some other service that is not indicated on the INTERHOME page. Well located for visiting Tuscan cities. Recommendable.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment, but would not rent it again because the climb was too difficult for me.

The taverna is very comfortably furnished and the landlords are super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, our Italian isn't that good, so we couldn't really talk. The place Montecatini is beautifully situated on a mountain. You have a wonderful view and the local people are all very friendly. It's nice to walk through the small streets and at the village square you can sit and eat or have a drink in the bar. It is possible to drive to the house for loading and unloading (but difficult with larger cars, as there are very narrow streets and several city gates), otherwise you have to park in one of the public parking lots. However, we found the evening walk to the apartment nice. The apartment is very spacious and fairly well equipped. The garden for private use is very nice and you can eat outside. We found the key safe quite handy. There is no W-LAN and the mobile phone network is not available everywhere, but on vacation to relax you don't necessarily need it permanently ;-)

Lovely place. Friendly locals. A good base for visiting Florence, Siena, Livorno etc. Atmospheric house. Real old Tuscany. Very nice owners.

Small, cute Mediterranean place. Small, narrow streets just magical#. The difference in height should be taken into account. The house has been lovingly furnished and decorated. If you want to spend a few quiet and relaxing days in a small Italian town, this is the place for you. we liked it very much
