Very pleasant rental due to its comfort and impeccable cleanliness. The owner is very welcoming, available and engaging. Leaving this place made our hearts ache. I highly recommend this place.

my wife and I had never had such a clean holiday home. Everything was perfect from the briefing to the service that was needed. The family that runs the facility are so nice that we felt like we were visiting the family. The area is beautiful. you can see nature all around and feel rurally secure. We then immediately booked again for next year! If we could give 10 stars we would give 11!

The accommodation is very clean and furnished in a romantic Tuscany style. The garden with a beautiful swimming pool invites you to let off steam. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. However, we unfortunately caught a week in September in which it rained a lot and it was relatively cool, so unfortunately we could not use the garden much and it was a bit cool in the house. I think we will go on holiday here again so that we can enjoy the facility even when the weather is nice.

It was wonderful. The landlords are very welcoming and available at any time for any problems, but always in the background and not intrusive. The accommodation is very well maintained and clean. We felt very comfortable and in the outdoor area there are many recreational opportunities, everything is also well-kept. We would like to come again.

A really nice and very well-kept house with its own small garden. There is also a pool that is very clean. As is everything. The owners, who are incredibly friendly and helpful, make this house absolutely perfect. We had a great week there and would have stayed longer, but unfortunately it was already occupied after us. The location is also ideal for trips to Arezzo or Siena, Montepulciano. It's very quiet and relaxing. Thank you for everything Minutelli family

You really can't get a nicer house, excellently maintained and furnished with love and an eye for detail. And lots of wonderful living space. And we actually had the shared pool all to ourselves. It was very hot so a splash in the pool provided the necessary cooling. But also not to forget the very hospitable family who were very involved in giving us a nice holiday. You can easily reach Monte San Savino by car and bicycle. Good supermarket nearby.

Very nice holiday home with large garden and beautiful pool. Top location and good for exploring the surrounding towns of southern Tuscany. Arezzo can be reached in 25 minutes. Ideal for quiet. (!) Family vacation. (We were 5 people.) Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Feed like Home.

This is real Tuscany. The owners are wonderful people, so the atmosphere of the house is unique. A great getaway in peace, quiet and beautiful surroundings. I recommend it to those who want to relax and get to know Italy what it really is.

Quiet place, with wonderful homeowners. Very nice, stylish, cozy house, everything perfectly clean, all technical equipment works perfectly. The pool and garden are fantastically laid out, table tennis and Boccha are also available.

Very nice hosts (owners), very tastefully renovated house, quiet location, perfect facilities for relaxation, strategically located with regard to trips to historic towns and nature.

Fantastic holiday-residence and host-hospitality / service

The landlords are friendliness personified, everything is taken care of immediately. The facility is very well maintained and every detail has been thought of. We were there for the second time after 2013 and will definitely be back.
