The apartment is located on the Fiumetto seafront, so in an enviable position. Despite the cost, it has serious shortcomings and a certain state of abandonment, however. Initial cleaning very superficial, dog hair everywhere, kitchen all sticky with encrusted stovetops... for which we had to hire a family assistant (no point in referring to the inattentive agency). "Scottish" shower in spite of itself, no air conditioning, hanging power outlets, and more... Well, it's okay.

The apartment is well located and offers enough space for 4 people. The apartment has a large balcony with a view of the beach and another one where you can hang up your laundry, for example. The car can be parked in the relatively narrow parking space, so you don't have to look for one of the few free parking spaces, which is a big plus. Overall, the apartment is older in terms of furnishings and anyone who expects everything to be in top condition should look for other accommodation.

The apartment is very big and spacious. It is very close to the beach. Only the shower takes some getting used to.

First bewilderment was how a leading company like Interhome is proposing such an accommodation. The building needs improvement: it is not possible to take a shower because, in addition to the lack of water, the system without mixer taps supplies water that is either boiling or frozen; boiling a pot takes a very long time, I suggest overhauling the hob burners; the electrical system perhaps not even up to standard with many burned out light bulbs; many boxes above the wardrobes, private intercom

The location of the house is excellent because it faces the sea, but unfortunately the noise is very loud and annoying at any time of the day. An almost unusable double bedroom causes noise and heat. In the description of the structure there are two bathrooms but in reality only one with tub / shower.
