You’ll also have access to a communal swimming pool with beautiful views across the neighbouring 18-hole golf course. There are peaceful gardens and you’ll have a private terrace for alfresco dining and drinks. You will need a car to get around here, but it’s just a short drive to the hilltop town of Massa Marittima where you can stroll ancient streets and soak up the magic of Tuscany.

*Please note this home is located within a private estate with a shared swimming pool. There is also an on-site clubhouse and restaurant.
*It is possible for the single beds in bedroom one to be arranged as a double on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a free cot and high chair upon request.
*Please note the swimming pool is available for use from May to September.
*Well behaved dogs are welcome to join you here, but please note they will need to be kept on a lead when not in the villa.
*Private parking is available for two cars.
