There were 17 of us there. Everyone was very happy with the remote location and the very large pool. Everything was super clean. The pool was cleaned every other day. Very nice landlady. Rooms, beds and furnishings were top notch. WiFi in the house and garden was sensationally good. A few additional cooking utensils would have been great. But that's just complaining at a high level. We'll definitely be back.

A perfect holiday destination for a larger group. The large kitchen enables cooking for a large group. Nicely cool inside. The large swimming pool is pleasant for children and adults. The rooms are spacious. Lots of beautiful flowers in the yard. It was wonderful to wake up to birdsong every morning. We spent a memorable vacation with our children and grandchildren.

A quiet, secluded place where you can relax in the garden or at the large swimming pool. The house is cool in summer which is a plus in this heatwave weather... large spacious house with everything you need for a good holiday... we will definitely return.

Quiet location in a beautiful rural setting, in spacious green areas with a very well-kept large pool with a free-standing shower, plus 16 lounge chairs, a large pizza oven attached to the side of the main house, wood provided, and a covered table tennis table next to it. Complete kitchen equipment, 3 kitchens available. The interior of the rooms is sparse but functional, there is a washing machine in a separate covered dining area. Contact with the owners of the property is possible without any problem (app/tel.). Excursions: Arezzo, Florence....

We had a great stay with our extended family. The house is very spacious. We had the main building, without the annex, and there are 9 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. The house is located in a dead end, in absolute calm. The swimming pool is extraordinary. Very large, a large space around with shade throughout the day thanks to the surrounding trees. A house to recommend with your eyes closed. Very pleasant and available host.

Nicely located, good starting point for trips to Sienna, Florence, Arezzo... Also good in combination with the train (station in Ponticino). Kitchen somewhat spartan and pieced together. But the hit is the wood - pizza oven. The pool was not yet in operation at Easter as described above (but the weather would have been far too cold).

We stayed with 16 friends the place is exceptional like the lady who welcomed us ... helpful on everything thank you very much ... the house is located in a place where I don't know how to hear noises in the most absolute tranquility ..

We have stayed in this wonderful house in a secluded location four times. The rooms are large and spacious. The pool well maintained and clean. The garden is beautifully laid out Everything you need is there The landlords are nice. We look forward to coming back.

Podere Ritali is in a beautiful location, very quiet despite the A1 at 900m. The pool is very spacious and pleasant, the kitchen is well equipped for 25 guests. BUT. The house is downright neglected, the bathrooms are full of mold. Some bathrooms are so small they are barely worth the name. Very bad beds (old sagging ressorts). Bed linen and towels were clean. The domain is teeming with wasps, there are almost certainly wasp nests. The owners are very friendly .

What a fantastically beautiful house this is. Do not expect a brand new house, but a real Italian characteristic holiday home. It has its flaws here and there, but for us this was not an issue. We stayed here with a group of 11 people, the annex with bedrooms was therefore closed. The pool is cleaned every 2 days and the owner is always available in case of problems. They replaced the faulty refrigerator within a day. Many possibilities to other places in Tuscany

Ideal place to spend a few days in maximum relaxation and tranquility. It is equipped with every comfort to enjoy recreational and other activities with family and friends.

The secluded location is just great and ideal for our group. Our landlords are also very warm and nice. We have rated it several times and will be happy to come back next year.

We really enjoyed the stay. We were 12 adults and 5 children (2-6 years). The pool is great. Very big, very well maintained. Since there are no direct neighbors, the children could let off steam. The covered outdoor area was good for sun protection for the kids.

Friendly, helpful owners. Quiet location, spacious house. House is old, not so well maintained and dusty. There are also many pests crawling around: salamanders, scorpions, huge centipedes, many mosquitoes. Large swimming pool, maintained twice a day. Decent pizza oven. Large, covered dining area attached to an outbuilding.Free washing machine. Electricity fairly expensive. Shop at 3 km, supermarket at 15 km. Beautiful excursions possible to Firenze, Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, winegrower.

We had a great time here as a group! For us with 15 people there was enough space in the main house. The pool is huge and we spent a lot of time in and around it and relaxing! It is quiet and surrounded by nature. The ice cream parlor in Ponticino is great! Day trips to Arezzo, Siena and Florence are easy from the distance. Very nice landlady. The garden furniture is a bit old. The house is quite noisy overall.

Two beautiful houses in an Italian atmosphere, with spacious rooms. The driveway is maintained, beautiful and it immediately feels relaxed. The kitchens are well equipped with stuff. The garden is neat and the swimming pool is clean. There are beautiful garden chairs and sunbeds everywhere. There is a beautiful pizza oven and BBQ available. In the garden there is a covered area for dinner, for example. We got married at this location and it was perfect. The hostess is helpful, friendly and understanding. The costs for gas and electricity were not expensive . It costs less than €10 pp Do not hesitate and enjoy this beautiful house.

Beautiful house, beautiful landscape, incredibly nice landlord. A special plus is the train station within walking distance (3 km through nature).
