Villetta Aia (CET120) Certaldo, Tuscany

No WiFi in accommodation, only in the restaurant.

The only minus was no WIFI as described

Very nice immersed in the streets full of olive trees, the road x to get to the farmhouse and dirt and a little too full of hollows (not recommended with low cars) x the rest nice good restaurant with pizza in the evening very good prices overall not bad

3rd-4th Sleeping possibility insufficient and impractical, protrudes into the room (daily up and down). Kitchenette including all appliances in need of an overhaul. Cleaning material was missing completely. Bedroom: bed wobbly and squeaky, mattresses uncomfortable. Wardrobe no longer up to date. The bathroom (absolutely a nightmare). Designed way too small. Shower head broken, foldable shower stall is a disaster. The entire bathroom is wet after a shower, even if you look ahead. The hot water supply only works after switching the term on and off several times. The toilet flush only works after pressing the push button several times. The corner joints were almost all torn open and the tile joints showed an unclean covering. Terrace and outdoor facilities were in a desolate condition. Rental staff (young lady) very snappy and arrogant. The pool: beautifully laid out but unfortunately not usable by German standards, as it was populated by locals from the early afternoon. There is no access to this property at all. Dirt road is probably the only apt description. Overall: this accommodation is not worth the money.
