Podere Conte Francesco-La Palma Apartment 9 Certaldo, Tuscany

Great quarter in the middle of the "picture book Tuscany". Host Manfredi and son Dario were super friendly and always took care of everything immediately. The apartment is quite simply but functionally furnished, the kitchen equipment is fairly clear. But we knew that beforehand. So everything as expected. The pool rips everything out anyway. The location of the property is great - scenically wonderful and right between Florence and Siena. Definitely use the train to get there. Connection perfect!

A house in a fantastic location, extremely poorly signposted, but can be found with a lot of humor and a talent for driving. It's easier when you know. The house is furnished in a minimalist style. For 5 people there are 5 plates, 5 glasses and only one set of cutlery per person. 3 pots, one pan. Only sheets on the beds got really cold at night, but you pay 10€ per person for bed linen. The bathroom desperately needs a plumber, water is dripping everywhere. The terrace and the view great

Lovely place although a bit awkward to reach. However, this means that it is completely immersed in the Tuscan countryside, olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Large and comfortable house well laid out with a beautiful garden. Common pool which at times felt private. Small mole the rooster that begins to give its best from 4 in the morning. Friendly and reserved owners.
