"Casa Frati", 6-room villa 240 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and romantic furnishings: open large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the garden. 1 double bedroom with Dressing room with bath/bidet/WC.
The accommodation is something special, as it is a former monastery and has a large garden with a great pool and a fantastic view. Not everything is in top condition, not "made to look old" but authentically antique. The only downside was that there were mice in the house! Their droppings were even found in the bed - that shouldn't be happening. The friendly manager immediately brought mouse traps and a vacuum cleaner.

The accommodation is beautifully situated and invites you to relax. What could be nicer than enjoying a good glass of wine in this peaceful environment? The apartment is clean and the pool is perfect for cooling off. I would have loved to stay longer.

The house is in a wonderful location, nestled in the Val d'Orcia, which is a World Heritage Site. The house is a Tuscan villa straight out of a picture book. With a big turn around, for example, to be able to play badminton. My family and I visited Tuscany in early October, when it gets very cold in the evenings. Definitely bring enough warm clothes with you, it will only be heated from the end of October! Upon request, woolen blankets were made available to us. The equipment in the kitchen is moderately good.

Very rustic, but easy going. Very far from the axes and sites but superb environment. Equipment of the house a bit fair. Very pleasant week.

On the website, the object looks better than it actually is.

Spacious house with an incredibly beautiful view. The pool was lovely and very well maintained. Summer '22 was very hot and the shade of the trees was welcome. However, the many olive trees groaned from the drought. Beautiful villages within a few km. A car is really necessary. However, deferred maintenance is required. Many lamps did not work. Lots of vermin everywhere, but that might be normal in the countryside. In the end refused to pay extra for the hot tub because it was included.

Beautifully located, authentic house with unique views and a great swimming pool. Spacious rooms, furnished in style. Very cozy village, with grocery, cafe, wine bar, butcher, bakery, pasta maker... within walking distance.

Casa Frati is exactly what our small group was looking for. An idyllic house set on the perfect hillside with stunning views - worth getting up for a sunrise. Kitchen has everything you need with a great indoor and outdoor eating area. Rooms and showers were also all a good size. The house is designed to give groups two separate, private areas if needed. Not hard to find with enough small restaurants in a short 5-10 min driving distance. Just beware no screens on the windows and gets buggy.

We stayed 5 days in September in this spectacular villa. The house is beautiful both inside and out, the view over the Tuscan hills is phenomenal and the pool is perfect (a bit cold, but after the initial shock the water is very pleasant). I would recommend it to everyone

What an atmosphere. It is far away from everything and the access roads are difficult to access. But once one is promoted, waugh how delicious it is.
