Holiday Rental Description

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, you’ve come to the right place. Just a short walk from the beach, this is the perfect setting for a retreat on the Etruscan Coast. You’ll have a private beach hut with loungers and umbrellas, and it’s just a short drive to the beautiful villages of Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci for the nearest amenities. Back at home, the garden lends itself perfectly to lazy sunbathing sessions by the pool. Inside, three of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and two of the bedrooms are joined together to form a family suite.

Home truths:
*Housekeeping is provided for five days per week, three hours each day.
*You will have access to a private beach hut with loungers and umbrellas.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free on request.
*The swimming pool is open from the 1st of April to the 30th of September.
*Events and parties are not allowed without written permission from the host.
