Travelled with kids and everyone enjoyed the stay. Pool and outdoor space helped a lot to keep kids entertained. There are many small towns nearby if something is needed.

Very nice house, high quality furnishings, sometimes not very quiet in the mornings due to the nearby industrial area. The pool is perfectly adequate and everything seems to be very lovingly made and maintained. The location is great and the landlady is very nice

A great holiday home in typical Tuscan style. Perfect for families with children and dogs.

Very good but missing a microwave and cold house on arrival 14*. Or 55 euros of heating to live with 17*. Certainly the weather was very cold for the end of April.

Great holiday home for families with children. Very spacious, a lot of space & space to relax outside under the olive trees or by the pool. Also ideal for visiting the top ten TUSCANY sights within 5 to max. 60 km and traveling back daily. Very helpful landlady on site. Grace per tutto

Except for the sometimes a bit shaky WiFi (which you usually don't need on vacation) everything was great. All points noted in older reviews have been corrected. Very nice landlady, great area.

Overall very nice! Only the WiFi was weak and the equipment with crockery was a bit poor (e.g. only a small cutting board) Otherwise great! Great pool, large garden, great BBQ, nice decor etc. Better signage would be good too; didn't find the house right away...

The accommodation is completely sealed and fenced in, the house is very clean and the coffee machine works perfectly. We were allowed to bring both dogs and were warmly welcomed. Thanks to the beautiful house, it was a very nice holiday.

We were there for the first time in 2017. However, there were some shortcomings that were already present in 2017: torn sunshades, rust on the pool surround, the rusted grill - which in the price range def. is not portable, broken toilet seat and a non-functioning shower head in the bathroom, in addition there was a clogged sink. The new mattresses were positive. All in all it was ok, but it was too expensive overall and too few renovations were made in the last 3 years.

The house is really very clean and cozy. Everything is there except for a measuring cup. The nice supply of delicious wine and olive oil by the landlady is also very pleasant. It is a bit isolated, the garden with the olive trees is also very nice. It would be great if there were a sign outside so that you can find the house more easily. We'd love to come back!

-Good kitchen equipment, but unfortunately you can only use 1 device at a time, otherwise the electricity will fail due to overload and you have to turn the fuse on again outside the railing
