If you’re after seclusion but still want to be close to everything, this villa in the foothills of Buggiano is a great pick. You're surrounded by olive trees, with plenty of space to walk, enjoy the views, and let the kids play. Hop in the car and you’re only twenty minutes from Lucca and half an hour from Florence. The home is fully accessible, including the pool, so it works well for older family members. There’s also a hot tub, a full outdoor kitchen, and a fitness area. The main villa has five bedrooms, plus there's a guest annexe with its own entrance. And with a wood-fired oven, wine cellar, and welcome drinks and snacks, your evenings are all set.
