Extremely friendly reception. Beautifully located apartment. Prepare for the way up! All basics present. Swimming pool and sun loungers available but in our time the water was just too cold. Our tip: bring a top deck mattress, HDMI cable, coffee machine and kettle. And eat authentic Italian in Benabbio at Acquolina in Bocca (15 minutes walk).

We felt very comfortable there and were able to really relax. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Above all, the landlord is very nice and has furnished and laid out everything very lovingly. He also tries very hard to make his guests feel comfortable.

We had a very nice time. If you are looking for a total retreat in a very well-kept house in the middle of a forest clearing, this is the place for you. You can walk to the next town. (Approx. 15 min.) What you should know in advance: The last 10 minutes to the house are a bit adventurous. Gravel road, bumps. If you want to cook for yourself, you might want to bring your favorite pan with you. :)

House, pool and grounds are very neat, clean and well maintained. The view from the covered terrace and the pool is simply fantastic. Apart from the tenants of the 2nd half of the house and the landlord, we hardly ever saw anyone. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. He implemented requests or suggestions immediately - after a car breakdown in Lucca, he even took care of rental cars, speedy repairs and our purchases...

Property, pool and house are very well maintained. The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The area is usually very quiet, but chainsaws could be heard continuously from the surrounding olive groves for several days. The sofa bed on the ground floor is very thinly padded and not recommended for adults. The kitchen lacks a pan, toaster and kettle, pots have no lids.

Beautiful and ideal if you are looking for peace and nature. Ideal for dogs as the huge property is completely fenced. Very nice owner who doesn't live there, which means that when the second apartment is not occupied, you are completely alone in the seclusion, with the exception of the deer and wild boar. Difficult access over 2 km very narrow, partly gravel road. Good shopping opportunities in Bagni di Lucca, Fornoli.
