The house is very spacious and superbly equipped. The furnishings aren't particularly modern, but they're extremely clean and functional. The location of the house deserves special mention. It's right next to nature, on the hiking trail, and the afternoon sun on the terrace is a dream. Unfortunately, the heating didn't work perfectly, but that can certainly be fixed.

The apartment trumps with its location (about 700 m from the beach) and the very large lawn that can be shared. The kitchen is well equipped, the rest functional and old. Unfortunately, some of the furniture is already shabby, especially the garden furniture.
