Apartment was very clean. It is a small hotel that is rented out as an apartment with 10 bedrooms in the winter. Each room has a bathroom and some also have a kitchenette. Large dining room, smaller kitchen, but plenty of materials and crockery available. The owner is very helpful and friendly. He lives in one of the rooms in the apartment.

Ideal accommodation for our group of 10 adults and 13 children! Good location with access to several ski areas in 7 to 25 minutes by car, but the areas are also easily accessible by ski bus, which stops practically outside the door. Large common room with a sufficiently large and well-equipped kitchen, very friendly and helpful host! Very good restaurant 300m away (Pizzaria Goofi) with a 10% discount on the accommodation. Also a good restaurant/café in the building, partially open.

The host is very kind and willing to guide you to discover the surroundings. Very good accommodation conditions. The dining room is equipped with a modern kitchen. Special room for ski equipment. Free parking in front of the guesthouse. Small but charming sauna. Excellent location for skiing (and not only) in the Val di Fassa area (Carezza, San Pellegrino, Belvedere, etc.). Grazie mille D.! Great house for bigger groups with a very friendly and helpful owner. The house, furniture and all appliances are in a very good condition. The only downside is the rather small kitchen, but as it is a open kitchen next to the common room, it's not a big problem. We had a great week and hope to come back.

Clean and friendly, each room has its own bathroom, very nice landlord, unfortunately a bit too far from the ski areas on the Selle Ronda
