The accommodation is well laid out (two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a large dining room). However the beds are terrible. As well as the mattresses (almost impossible to sleep on). The armchairs and sofas could use a good refresh (the armchairs are covered with cloths which should be white but are gray due to time and dust). It wouldn't take much to make the accommodation truly welcoming. Unfortunately this is not the case at present.

Negative. Beds need replacing. Shower needs renovation. Kitchenware is outdated. Couch furniture is worn out. Positive. Close to town Nice big apartment Small garden and terrace Was a very nice holiday in Merano for us

Really unsuitable for 5 people because only 1 device can be used at the same time,

Kitchen needs updating. The same applies to furniture covers. Service was good.

Pros - large ground-floor apartment with lawn and terrace, suitable for 6 people Cons - - small dimensions of the bed in the living room for two people, after a complaint they brought another bed - delay in the agreed time of handing over the apartment on the way back - creaky beds in one of the bedrooms The pros outweighed cons

The apartment is very nice and well located. The handover of the apartment is to be rated negatively. There was still a drying rack with the wet sheets of the previous guests in the living room and the closets are full of pillows and covers, completely disordered and could not be used at all.

Cozy decor. Beautiful living room. Mediocre beds. Pan lids and dishes were missing in the kitchen. Serving spoons and corkscrew.

The apartment itself is great, very well laid out, good location. The furniture in the living room with dining area would end up in the bulky waste. The chairs from the dining area are stained and torn. The upholstered furniture is worn out. The bedroom furniture is ok. Mattresses also ok, but sheets, covers and duvet covers are an impertinence, nothing fit together. Bathroom and kitchen with furniture and equipment are ok. The service at handover and acceptance was very good.

The only apartment that is rented short-term.Otherwise only condominiums. The apartment could use a renovation and is very noisy. Especially the dining table chairs. The fabric is worn with holes and you feel like you're about to collapse. We missed a pan lid, kettle, coffee maker, pot for tea or coffee in the kitchen. Dishes are sufficient. The slatted frames are too short for single beds. Terrace and outdoor area very nice.

The apartment is in a great location and is nice but it needs to be kept better, in the kitchen you have to change the utensils and the pots, the pillows have to be changed for hygiene because they are not so clean. The manager who welcomed us is very kind and helped us. I hope the owners care more to make this apartment even more welcoming.

for the first time in Merano in the summer we found ourselves in a comfortable house in every respect, fresh, clean, with plenty of linen and even more beautiful than seen in the photo. close to the center but in a cool and elegant residential area. we took some nice walks in the shade along the Passirio with our. dog. we hope to return soon. luisa roberto and emma

It was a pleasure to stay at Villa Esperia! Modern and welcoming, this house is perfect for a relaxing stay in Merano or as a starting point for skiing. The rooms are large and bright, with wooden floors and there is even a beautiful garden accessible from the living room and the kitchen. Outside parking and garage are a plus. Ideal for those looking for accommodation in a quiet and at the same time intimate area.

Should urgently be renewed. Mattress in a bed too narrow and too short for the frame. Reupholster chairs (holes and dirty). Sofas are all worn out.

The apartment is conveniently located for the center of Meran. A bus stop is also on site. We found the apartment as described. However, the furniture is getting a bit old and some of it should be urgently repaired by the landlord. On the whole, however, we felt very comfortable.

The actually very attractively furnished apartment is unfortunately getting a bit old. In some places there are already clear signs of wear and tear. The cleanliness is sufficient. The apartment is advertised on a quiet residential street, unfortunately it is a fairly noisy street with significant traffic, including buses. There is no hair dryer, no coffee machine (except for a small Italian, hand-operated machine for espresso), no kettle, no toaster and no cushions for the terrace chairs.

The beds and the living room furniture (bench and armchairs) under any criticism

The rooms are absolutely great. Large, very clean and well maintained. Also very nicely furnished. Small terrace with small garden. Great also the underground parking space with enough space around it. A point that was a bit disturbing for us, the street noise. But all in all recommendable.

Something needs to be improved in the kitchen. Not very clean...
