Very nice, spacious, clean, and tidy apartment. Very friendly young owner (inherited from my grandmother). The Wi-Fi reception was spotty, but the owner was more than willing to help! He spoke excellent English...which many Italians absolutely cannot! We would definitely book there again!

We found the apartment - bedroom, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and terrace to be clean and well-kept. The apartment contained everything we needed, the kitchen was very well-equipped. The garden was well maintained both when we arrived and on the way. We had 14 wonderful days in Caldonazzo. The owner who lived in the house was very nice and helpful in every way possible. We were three adults who rented the apartment together.

Very friendly landlady with charm who cares about the well-being of her guests. Even though she mainly speaks Italian, it was still possible to communicate. If necessary, her English-speaking daughter was there. The design of the residential street has a positive effect on the peace and quiet.

Very friendly, helpful landlady. Our unplanned late arrival was not a problem, nor was our late night departure. Very well equipped apartment. Great location, hah to the lake, bike path, restaurant, supermarket etc
