The facility is generally recommendable. The owner showed everything about the house but was not properly prepared for our arrival. He cleaned and refreshed the apartment only after our arrival, and we had to wait with the baby in the parking lot. He also didn't have bedding for us and he didn't deliver it until after an hour. We were tired after the trip and a lot of time was lost. I had to wash the floor myself because it was dirty. I was in Sardinia for the 3rd time and it was the first time that I had to deal with such a situation. The owner sensed that something was wrong and gave us wine for 2 euro :) The rest of the holiday at home was normal and the apartment turned out to be quite nice. The positives are a beautiful garden, barbecue, proximity to attractions. Everything worked fine in the apartment. On the plus side, a garage that is not in the description.
