the property was really unkemped.. not cleaned.. not a single towels.. the main toilet zink was blocked.. both shower- once we take shower the water pools inside the bathroom or next to toilet.bed linen was not changed or dirty.floors were all muddy. no one to get in touch with the kitchen- no enough utensils.. had to buy everything.no washing liquid, no toilet rolls, no a/c in the rooms..the fan was broken.only the swimming pool was good.overall we are very disappointed parking was bad no space

They've had us without water for five days, deceiving us and telling us it was a water supply issue in the area, when the apartment with us did have water. Of those five days, two were without Wi-Fi. The apartment doesn't have a single bar of soap or a roll of toilet paper when you arrive. Everything is downright awful. We intend to reclaim our money. We haven't been able to shower even one day, and we haven't been able to cook due to lack of water. We're buying water bottles to clean ourselves like we did 50 years ago. Not recommended.
