Old apartment, essential renovation, shower too small and water leak

Upon arrival we found a dirty apartment sofas with stains of all kinds gate detached and leaning to the side entrance door blocked that did not close tv with expired satellite card both bathrooms with problems with the showers unusable without flooding the apartment non-existent wardrobes and I will not go further no comment !! To be avoided for the first 2 days we were unable to get in touch with anyone

Excellent location and wonderful view are the main features of this apartment. These more than compensate for a few small drawbacks such as the small size of the shower cubicles and the adjoining rooms. The immediate surroundings are really splendid and the parking space is considerable.
