The condition of the house is in dire need of renovation. Water damage occurred during the holiday in the kitchen, on the opposite side of the sink under the kitchen cupboard. A serviceman only came a few days later, but the damage was not repaired. A short time later, the water damage reached the bedroom. The wall is crumbling. The bathroom is very small. The air conditioning is overpriced at €15/day. The kitchen equipment is inadequate. The only positive thing is the proximity to the beach and the peace and quiet.

The Dalila holiday home is in a fantastic location near the beach at Porto Istana. It can be reached on foot in 3-4 minutes. The covered parking area behind a gate is also perfect. All of this has its price.

We have stayed in this house several times. Unfortunately, the condition and handling has deteriorated. The house is still good, but unfortunately not very good anymore. For example, a chair leg was broken and had to be “repaired” with adhesive tape as a makeshift solution. When it rained, neither the canopy nor the door were really tight. There was also no key for waste disposal. It would be time to invest in a few things to keep this place worth recommending.

A lovely house yet quiet few tourists, in a lovely bay with a beautiful beach. Wonderful to make trips and discover northern Sardinia. Time where everything blooms and you can take nice walks. Restaurants nearby, but the kitchen is well-stocked and it's also nice to cook yourself.
