+ Stunning view of the sea and La Maddalena, large, well-kept garden where the children could play well + Facilities OK. - Contact person could only speak Italian. - We booked the accommodation for 4 adults and 4 children. Small children are not counted as people here, so automatically only 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds were available. We were not informed of this and had to book baby beds on site for an additional fee!

Spacious Villa placed in front of the bay of Porto Rafael of which one cannot get tired. The equipment is very good except for the kitchen where some ordinary utensils are missing. For the rest, comfort, calm, terrace with breathtaking views, proximity to shops make this rental a first choice.

Villa with large fenced garden and magnificent view of the archipelago. We had a pleasant stay, plan when booking supplements (air conditioning 10 € / day)....

Cleaned very clean. Poor handover, no explanations for hot water in bathrooms. Out of 3 bathrooms only one with hot water. Windows and fly screens broken. Rodents and reptiles find their way through window frames. False advertising House only borders on a neighboring property. Between the neighboring house and Mimosa 1A is a 2-room apartment. There were 4-6 people in it from the third day onwards and caused a lot of noise until late in the evening. One evening solvent stench from there.

Very good location, very nice garden with a fantastic view. The rooms are functional and the equipment fits. You can quickly walk to the beach or to an aperitif in Porto Rafael.
