very nice holiday home in a quiet location and only about 200m to the beach

We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday in the great house! The house is very lovingly decorated and superbly equipped! The landlord M. is very friendly and helpful. If we had a question or a problem, he was there straight away. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the house straight away!

There were six of us in this house and we felt completely comfortable. The host is very nice and the house is in immaculate condition.

The holiday home is extremely comfortably furnished with every comfort. Well-equipped kitchen. The pool is big enough for small swim laps and very well maintained. Everything very clean. Perfect location near the beach and in a quiet area. Car recommended. Very nice and relaxed landlord who is easily accessible for tips.

Simply beautiful home equipped with everything you could think of for a wonderful holiday

All excellent. The villa is a few meters from the sea, you feel independent but without a sense of isolation. The set-ups are great, everything is where you expect it to be. Large and comfortable rooms, several bathrooms and relaxation areas, tables and living areas. The pool is perfect, next to the patio. L'ogliastra then confirms itself as the top for hospitality and authenticity.

The accommodation is a real top recommendation. Everything was just right: the loving, high-quality and generous equipment, the location and proximity to the sea .... And the friendly and always helpful owner Mauro. Thank you for everything!

We spent a wonderful holiday here with 2 families in June/July 2020. The location of the house is good, only 200 m from the sea (pebble beach). Quiet location! The pool is big. The house is fully equipped, especially the kitchen. The terrace is big and very nice. Lots of seating outside. It is about 2.5 hours to Olbia. The house is very clean and disinfected with ozone. The landlord was always very helpful. Thank you for everything dear ...!

Pebble beach 200m from the house then on the other side of the lighthouse accessible by the road and the beach... sand with bars and restaurants. Grocery, tobacco, tourist medical center very close.

The villa is fantastic in a neighborhood that is both calm and lively, very close to the sea, very good restaurants, vegetable and fresh fruit merchants, supermarkets. XXX is a host as fantastic as the villa, welcoming, very available and helpful, very kind … We had a great stay in this beautiful corner of Sardinia

Our expectations were exceeded. A great villa with a huge pool and beautiful garden. The house is equipped with everything you need. The owner is very friendly + always available if you need tips. The beach is a stone's throw from the villa and also has a great little beach bar. The beach is not touristy at all and is beautiful. On the other side of the bay, one finds beaches that offer tourist attractions. Great vacation!!!

The villa was perfect. We lacked nothing. The location couldn't be better if you want an alternative to the sea and want to avoid the big crowd of tourists a little. In 5 minutes you were at the sea and there were a few "beach bars". The homeowner was very friendly and helpful. All in all great and we immediately booked again for next year.

The environment does not suggest that there is such a beautiful holiday home. You drive into a small side street, stop in front of a wooden gate and wait for what is coming. The expectation was already fulfilled when entering the courtyard. Partly tiled area, trees and flowers, a large carport for 4 vehicles and a free parking space. The house is very well maintained from every side, the gardens are well laid out and super clean upon arrival, a great sight in the back area...

Beautiful house with huge pool and beautiful garden. The house is equipped with everything you could need, from the grill lighter to the insect repellent. The landlord is extremely friendly and helpful and can be reached at any time via XXX. The beach is close by and there are several restaurants along the beach. In the nearby village you will find everything you need, but a rental car is recommended!

Very well equipped holiday home. The sea with a beautiful beach is within walking distance.
