The quiet and yet well connected location with sea views and west orientation is fantastic. The daylight bathroom with shower cubicle should be emphasized positively. Unfortunately, there are no folding shutters or blinds on the outside, there are only interior shutters, which together with the poor insulation ensure high temperatures inside and at night you can either not lock them or not air them. No bottom hung windows. Bad kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed. Loveless exterior design.
