The apartment is very nice, well furnished and equipped. We didn't cook, so I can't say much about the kitchen. We picked up the key from a very nice lady in the office and even received a small welcome gift from the owner. The town center is just a few minutes' walk away. The driveway is actually very steep, but everything worked out with parking. The garage is so big that even our bikes had plenty of room in it.
