Very nice accommodation, spacious and well located. Good reception.

DR waited for us until 8:15 p.m. to give us the keys because we were stuck in Milan in traffic jams on the motorway coming from Bergamo, we warned him on the way and thank you again for his patience, very good for the apartment with 2 drawbacks: no shower screen in the bathtub and a mattress that was too firm in the bedroom with a single bed

Cleanliness of the apartment in order, except for minor flaws. Furnishings are good, everything is there. Shower curtain for bath is missing. Dishwasher available. Washing machine unfortunately not cleaned. Landlord very nice. Relatively noisy. bed very comfortable. The apartment is a little far from the town center. About 15 minutes to the lake/promenade, which was fine for us, but you can't swim here! So neither a sandy beach nor a sunbathing area in the immediate vicinity. Have found a sandy beach (walking distance about 45 minutes).

The apartment was perfectly adequate for our purposes (parents with a 2-year-old child). It is located in an Italian apartment building, in which all other residents are very friendly. Parking nearby is not a problem and the Birreria right next door also brings Italian flair. The apartment is clean and you can tell that people live in it due to the corresponding signs of wear on the floor or on the furniture. Key handover without problems and completely uncomplicated.
