Encompassing two apartments, this home is an ideal spot for family or friend groups to enjoy the quiet of Lake Como. A garden extends along the shore, offering lots of room to bask in the sun on a sun lounger or in the swimming pool. Though there may not be space for you to dine together, each apartment has its own terrace, and sliding doors make it easy to breeze inside and outside while you grill on the barbecue. The lack of a parking space only offers more opportunity to explore the lakeside on foot – and the private sauna is the perfect antidote after a day in the mountains.

*This home comprises one apartment with two bedrooms and a second apartment with three bedrooms. We think the bunk bed room and attic room are better suited to children than adults.
*Access to this home is via a steep staircase of 100 steps, so it's not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
*While this home can sleep ten guests, there's only seating for six at the largest dining table.
*Free parking is available in the private car park upon request from 1st April to 30th September 2026.
