Whatever your plans, this handsome home is ideal for enjoying the great outdoors, with a private dock on the water for boating and swimming. Back on dry land, take a trip to the nearby town of Argegno, where a cable car ride reveals sweeping views of the Alpine landscape.

*The accommodation here is set over the main villa, which has four bedrooms, and the separate lake house, which has its own living area and kitchen, along with a mezzanine bedroom. The mezzanine is semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*Both the house and grounds are spread across several levels here, so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
*While toddlers and children are welcome, this home isn't suitable for babies under the age of one.
*There's a small apartment near the entrance to this home where the owner will occasionally stay. This is separate to the villa, with its own private entrance and garden.
*This home has its own dock and boat mooring on the lake.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available, however the parking area is a short walk through the grounds from the house.
