Everything was TOP.

Unfortunately, the washing machine mentioned in the description was not there. The furniture on the two terraces was also not as expected. In contrast to the apartment, which was otherwise nice and comfortable, these were not really usable due to defects and rust. However, since we were out and about a lot, this was not particularly disturbing. We liked the apartment itself and the location meant we could go on many interesting trips. WiFi was impossible.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and well-equipped, it is located near the sea and not far from the town center. The two outdoor spaces are excellent on nice days. The sofa beds in the living room and bedroom can be used for short stays given the thinness of the mattresses. The self check-in was well organised, the apartment was tidy and clean upon arrival with linen included as well as the heating being on given the bad weather.

My sister, my dog and I spent a relaxing time in this place and felt comfortable in the apartment. The sea view was fantastic. As well as the peace to sleep in the rooms against the dead end.

The accommodation is typically Italian. Very nice landlord (only Italian speaking) and child-friendly. The equipment was okay. Everything was clean. However, the sofa (also a sofa bed) is worn. The shower wasn't great, but the rest of the bathroom is OK. The track furniture also needs updating. But the view of the sea is very nice as in the pictures. Conclusion: Who does not attach great importance to the equipment is well advised with the house.
