Price-performance ratio was still OK. The apartment is spread over 4 floors. Narrow staircase. It was OK for our dog. Some dogs had to be carried up. Roof terrace had a nice view but everything was old and rusty. Dogs are not allowed on the beaches. It was very loud in the evenings after 11pm, which was not the case in other areas of Riva. The alarm went off 3 times during the night. The parking spaces were often changed, which meant I had to park somewhere else at night.

The apartment is very centrally located with a beautiful view of the promenade from the roof terrace. Was ideal for us as we were using public transport. The manager even picked us up from the train station. The many stairs over several floors require a certain mobility. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. We really enjoyed the Italian flair, even if it sometimes seemed a bit too loud. Pure Italy and once again beautiful.
