It's a very intimate and peaceful setting in a relatively well-kept garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. If you're staying on the ground floor, like we did, be prepared for sleep deprivation due to the noise from the upstairs tenants. We had such a Saigon experience that words fail us. As for the playground on the premises, it's scary to use it. Unfortunately, there are a lot of bugs inside and outside the cottage, so you need to protect yourself with a bug coil. The cottage is adequately equipped. It's obvious there's no air conditioning, but the one fan for three rooms is very weak.
