Blu Mediterraneo (PGI210) Poggi, Liguria

If you like driving on winding roads and appreciate the location far away from everything, this is the place for you. Beautiful view of Civezza and olive groves. Only 2 apartments share the pool (partial sea view there). Since the other apartment was free, the two of us had the pool and garden to ourselves, which was wonderful. The rooms were clean, but the kitchenette needs to be replaced. The large, shady terrace is wonderfully windy. Very good pizzeria in Civezza, shopping in Imperia.

We spent the holiday in the house with a family friend and the children. Altogether 8 people. That made sense because there are 2 holiday apartments in the house. These are right next to each other on one floor. We were in PGI210. We would not recommend single occupancy of an apartment, as everything is very noisy. The terraces of the apartments are right next to each other and are separated by a half-height wall. A privacy screen was installed by an in-house construction, which doesn't really look great. Renovation would be required in apartment PGI 210. Outdated eat-in kitchen with very worn surfaces and materials. Bathroom and shower should also be adapted to current standards. Shower curtains are not really hip. Bedroom was ok and clean. We had the comparison to the other apartment PGI211. Modern facilities are already installed there. New kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle and low entry. This would be recommended. The pool is very nice and well-kept, as is the rest of the garden area. Not so worth seeing is the dumping ground behind the house. Defective chairs, tables and mattresses are not acceptable. Further comments in Reisetip
