Gîte well located for visiting the region, comfortable, well equipped. Magnificent terrace but a lot of surrounding noise: dogs, passage of many agricultural machines but it was the grape harvest. The most annoying: no tourist documentation, no instructions for using household appliances, televisions, no indication where the washing machine is, everything could have been avoided by a real welcome and not a key box and fruitless SMS. Too bad!

Clean, comfortably furnished holiday home where you have everything you need: enough space, several bedrooms, bathroom with toilet and extra toilet upstairs, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, great terrace. The key holder is very friendly and committed; the support from the agency was reliable and courteous. Everything was great and we'll be back next year!

Beautiful house with an exceptional exterior to live every moment of the day. Comfortable and spacious rooms. A plus the washing machine! Excellent location to reach all the interesting areas of Friuli and Slovenia.

Very clean, well equipped with good comfortable bed and lovely outdoor space. In residential village. Ideal location for exploring the FVG region by car. Nearby town Cervignano has good rail links to Venice and Triest if you want to go further afield. We enjoyed Grado which is just a short drive across the lagoon.
