A quiet place, at least in the off-season, to spend your vacation near the sea. Lignano with its 3 districts can be wonderfully explored by bike. A ferry across the Tagliamento goes to Bibione nearby. For a nicer ambience, it may be worth bringing tablecloths, candles, lanterns or fairy lights. Unfortunately, the double beds squeak with every movement... maybe that can be fixed before the holiday season begins!?
