The house and garden are in a quiet location (not recommended without a car) and well maintained. The beach and the city are just a few minutes away by car. Some of the furniture could be renewed. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor kitchen is a little highlight. The biggest highlight is definitely the beautiful view of the sea! We would love to come back!

There are many things to repair in the house: electric gate, lights, squeaky door handles, door handle that remains in our hands, loose door frame, broken bedside lamp, bay window lock that is picks up completely, blue room the bed squeaks a lot, the wardrobe does not close, broken deck chairs, etc, etc. A good repair is needed!

The villa is in an excellent location with amazing sea views. The pool and outside area is also exceptional. We were a party of 7 and were however slightly disappointed that the downstairs rooms were not accessible from the inside and that only one set of keys was provided increasing risk of lock out. Equipment levels did not support 7 guests e.g. 5 wine glasses, 4 sun beds (although there was a comfortable outside sofa). We really enjoyed the week but it could have been improved at minimal cost

As already described in the previous reviews, a really great house in a fantastic location with a breathtaking view of the bay of Golfo Aranci. BUT: Unfortunately very unkempt and neglected. Lamps inside and outside broken, pool lighting broken, outside lighting broken, 2 wine glasses for 8 people, crockery incomplete and only rudimentary, house relatively dirty (hair on the floor etc.), miserable beds... the list can be continued effortlessly. NO WLAN!!! Beautiful location with a brilliant view. Car absolutely necessary! The property is completely fenced. The house is for 8 people and unfortunately only has 4 loungers by the pool. Two bedrooms and one bathroom downstairs (rather dark) Really great pool service. Overall a beautiful house!

Great location and a great pool. The terrace has a great view. You can spend nice evenings there. We were very satisfied and will definitely be back. As a small note: a table and chairs on the terrace would be great. Likewise, a small side table for drinks on the couch.

We were in the villa for a month. The location is great, the pool and the view as well as the tranquility. The big downside is the broken TV, connections, the occasional problem with power outages, creaking doors everywhere. Crispy beds. Small kitchen equipment. Low storage space. Very bad concept of waste sorting - almost impossible in a larger group. Cots and sofas for rent EUR 20 per piece, but they are old and without a mattress. Overall, the place is great and we would be back, just fine-tune the shortcomings and it's paradise!

Played golf, a day in Olbia and the beach was lovely!

We have now spent a great week in this house. Basically, the house is really great, but there are also reasons to complain about. The worst thing is the equipment, everything is there, but nothing fits together anymore. Some are broken and dingy. The beach chairs, for example, are absolutely useless and not available in sufficient numbers. The pool was totally under water because the pool foil was no longer attached at one point. Very nice and comfortable house to spend a dream vacation

The house was very nice and nicely furnished. Everything was there that you needed. We were in the house with 8 people. A little more cutlery, glasses and plates would be good, then you don't have to wash up after every meal, and another couch on the terrace or something similar would be great, especially with 8 people. We spent ages on the terrace just because of this amazing view. The pool is also a dream and is cleaned twice a week. The communication with the administrator was very uncomplicated and always immediately available via mobile phone. The location is also great, Olbia 20 minutes by car, the nearest beaches max. 10 minutes and Golfo Aranci also 10 minutes. There are many good restaurants in the area. All in all a great holiday with 3 generations and we would definitely book this house again.

Let's start with the most important thing ... the location and the view. For once, it all lives up to the expectations and images in the "catalog". The views are stunning from the pool and the large covered terrace. Our 2x2 children (10-14 years) immediately said "helle" for the 2 rooms in the basement and then we adults had 2 rooms with their own bathroom in the living room. A car is needed for everything. The mattresses need to be replaced, but in addition it is a wonderful place. Best advice ... try eating at the restaurant 100 meters from the house and go on a dolphin safari (with built-in snorkeling trip). We would love to come again another time.

We had great vacation. The view was beautiful. The pool was very large and the garden was well maintained.
