The house is very nice and new, equipped with everything you need for six people. It's very close to the sea, but there's a short walk down and a small road to cross. The only drawback is the lack of towel and bathrobe hangers in the main bathroom, and the kitchen is missing pot holders. The outdoor bathroom behind the house is convenient, but it would be better to have trash cans upstairs near the house and not downstairs on the street, as anyone passing by would use them without sorting their waste.

There were many extra costs for air conditioning, towels, and bed linen, which weren't mentioned in the description but suddenly surfaced during the online check-in. We had no hot water, and the host refused to help us over the phone until we contacted Interhome. A man came to the property the next day without announcing himself to change the hot water gas bottle, and he didn't even knock or ring the bell!

The property is in a prime location. Water pressure is insufficient and constantly breaks. The bathroom lacks towel racks. Cooking and dishware supplies are insufficient. The previous occupant's waste was not disposed of. A weekly waste disposal plan is not available. One was provided upon request. Power outages lasting more than five hours on two days.

Unfortunately, the garbage was not collected for a week. External beach traffic also used the garbage collection to deposit their garbage, which made the garbage problem even worse. Very spartan but well furnished. Some of the beach chairs provided were unusable because they were broken. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the bathrooms. Some of the beds squeak with every movement and the mattresses are very soft. The keys to some of the closet doors are broken and therefore only of limited use.

Everything as described

The house was perfect, exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Great location right on top of the dunes with a view of the beach and the sea (100 steps!). Condition and furnishings were very good, as promised. Cutlery and crockery would be very limited for 6 people, should be supplemented.

Location is top, the house is well equipped, the kitchen is top, beds are too deep, bad smells come from the waste water when showering, but the space outside makes up for these inconveniences

Perfectly located house, not far from the beach and stunning views. Air conditioning in all rooms. However, the equipment is minimalist and the bedding a bit basic. Very well soundproofed (fortunately, because the weekend party can last until morning). I recommend this house overall.

The house was very nice as pictured. Great sea views, great sunsets in the evenings and empty beach in front of the door in May/June. Unfortunately, check-in is not possible until 4 p.m. due to cleaning. We couldn't even leave our luggage in the house. So we had to be on the road all day with a packed car. Unfortunately, they didn't want to provide us with a grill either - answer: "It wasn't booked!" I also know service differently. But the house itself is great ;-)

The house is ideal for excursions in the surrounding area! The beach is gorgeous. But you can also relax very well at the house in the small sand dune. Good concept with the outdoor shower, so we could shower the daughter off the sand before entering the house.

House with stunning views, as described. Easy key handover and as agreed. Long sandy beach. Excellent restaurants and farmhouses nearby. Absolutely to be recommended

The beach is very wide, clean, clear water and not crowded, windy and has some waves. Not ideal for small children but for wind and kite surfers. For day trips we recommend Costa Paradiso, the beaches at Stintino & Castelsardo. We stayed in the house in June 2021. Fresh after renovation. The location and the view is awesome! The house is practically on top of the dunes with a panoramic view. On the back you can see the city and the mountains, on the front that
