Very nice rustico, small but nice, perfectly equipped for 4 people I think, it has 2 bedrooms. The pool and the garden are a dream, very spacious and well-kept. We had the dog with us and everything is fenced in. The location of the rustico is outside in the countryside, you need a car. We also had our bikes with us, but there aren't any signposted bike paths, you mostly ride on the normal roads. Otherwise everything is easily accessible for trips in the nearby area.

A great holiday home. Very nice, English-speaking manager. Owner lives in the house next door and is very discreet. Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Vespa Museum, Vinci, etc. are easy to reach. Large, well-kept property with pool. Ideal for a family holiday.

Home where the primary needs are well organised. Don't expect any further luxury. Lovely large garden with swimming pool which we were not actually allowed to enter. House is quite remote, but Lucca, Pisa but also Firenze are within driving distance

Complete holiday home fully equipped. Italian style interior. You share a wonderfully spacious swimming pool with residents of the second house. Both buildings are located on a closed farmhouse in a typical Tuscan landscape. Cities such as Lucca, Pisa and medieval mountain villages within easy reach. Owner is super friendly and wants you to have a good time.
