Il Casellino Apartment 2

We had a beautifully situated holiday apartment in the mountains, surrounded by olive groves. The entire property, with its lawns, pool, and seating and play areas, is very well maintained. The view is outstanding. The owners are very friendly. The 1.2 km driveway is a bit difficult, but manageable with any car. H. and S. from Germany

It is a beautiful accommodation on a mountain. Very nice view. Functional furnishings in the apartment. Super nice owners! Very quiet location and very good and large complex with pool, soccer field, basketball hoop. We felt very well looked after there. You can really relax there. Lots of beautiful towns and sights nearby.

We felt very comfortable at il Casellino. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place for you. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool, on the basketball hoop and on the football pitch. The complex is very well maintained and the owners are very friendly. You can get to Florence or Arezzo within an hour. We would love to come back!

There are a total of 4 holiday apartments and the owner's apartment in the property, all of which have separate entrances. From the country road it is a little more than 1 km and 140 meters in altitude to the house, in a wonderfully quiet location above the olive groves. Very friendly owners who only speak Italian. Beautiful, well-kept garden with pool and various seating areas. Our apartment was spacious, Wifi works most of the time, no TV. We liked everything!

We were very happy with the facility. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. The location of the complex, the view of the Arno Valley, the friendliness of the owners, the possibilities for excursions to the surrounding towns, the Pratomagno hiking area, etc.
