The property with the two houses is a pearl. The location and the structure are brilliant. The three living areas allow for closeness and yet also peace. The quality of the rooms and furnishings, as well as the friendliness, are a dream. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Rooms are generously sized. The kitchens and dining areas are well furnished and comfortable.

Large property with great infrastructure. The pool is the icing on the cake: at least 12m long, you can really swim, there is a comfortable lounger for everyone. The covered outdoor area with a long table and lounge is also great. Inside the house it is rustic, the living room a bit dark due to the construction. The bathrooms are good, some are already modern. The nearby Loro Ciuffenna is very nice and has some good restaurants. There is wine/olive oil in the cellar, with a tally sheet.

We (family, 9 adults, 1 toddler and 2 dogs) spent a week in this great house. The way to the house is a bit of an adventure, but it's worth the effort, the view is priceless. The house has a very large garden, a large, very clean pool and a really large, covered terrace with a table where 12 people can sit. There is lounge furniture in several small corners. The kitchen is very well equipped, we didn't lack anything. We'd love to come back!!!

The house is big enough, but the living areas/dining areas are assigned to the 3 areas of the house. The facility is getting old (dishwasher doesn't wash properly and needs to be replaced!) We had booked a week at the end of October, despite the very warm weather, the pool had been closed since the end of September and could not be put into operation even for money and good words. Superficially the house was clean, but the last corners had been forgotten. Bug infestation throughout H.

Were there for the second time and it was very nice again. The landlords are very nice and very discreet. The house is perfect for several people and is well equipped. A highlight is the pool. This is very well laid out and equipped with enough loungers and parasols. Only the critters (mosquitoes and brakes) were annoying. Also worth mentioning is the great view!

A magnificent house in an enchanting setting, with a large swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the Tuscan plains. We spent 15 very pleasant days with many hikes nearby and towns and villages to visit within an hour and a half maximum of the house (Siena, Florence, Montepulciano, Arrezzo...)

Everything fit perfectly! Any time.

Wonderful location, but difficult to find even with GPS and description. Everything works and the kitchen equipment is sufficient to cook for 8 people. Well maintained pool and outdoor area. All round good.

We were there with 2 families for 1 week at the end of June. It was fantastic. The ascent was a bit adventurous for the first time, but it was doable. The house is as you imagine it. Wonderfully quaint and very large. Everything you need there. The pool is beautiful and also very large! It was a dream for the children. Also, the view from the terrace was a breathtaking one. The pool cleaning was very discreet in the morning when everyone was still asleep. A great house and a great vacation.

For the second time we were with friends and family in this house, which is in a beautiful location with a fantastic view and a great layout of the rooms and bathrooms. The beautiful pool completes the whole thing perfectly. SUGGESTIONS: Fly screens on the windows would be great, since we slept with the windows open when it was very hot and some of us were very plagued by mosquito bites. Otherwise there is only positive feedback on our part
