To the east of the property, within a ten minute drive, the seaside town of Swanage offers a sandy beach with a Victorian pier where visitors can hire deckchairs and enjoy ice creams from one of the sea front shops. A shower room with a shower and WC can also be found on the ground floor, whilst a door from the kitchen opens onto traditional cottage stairs leading up to the three remaining bedrooms and family bathroom. The first of these is another king size room, again boasting its own seating area with a sofa, armchair, and a TV.
