There are some wonderful coastal walks to be had in the area, and walking out to Winspit Cove from the property offers breath taking views and swimming for strong swimmers only. Further around the coast, to the north east, the seaside town of Swanage is more suited to families, offering a wide sandy beach, waterfront amusements, a pier, and a choice of places to eat.
