Whites Meadow was just perfect for us and set in such beautiful surroundings.. Bicknoller is a pretty little village and we were delighted to find a suberb play park over the road which we didn't know about. The children spent lots of time over there! All of the beds were so comfortable and we all slept very well. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here but make sure you climb the hill behind the house... It's worth it for the staggering views and if you can, do it in time for sunset too

The beautiful bright sunny cottage was so comfortable, clean and quirky - full of character.. Everything was there that we needed from a welcome tea and cakes to throws and cushions - just perfect.

White Meadow is set in a picturesque village between Taunton and Minehead, just short of Williton.. Good village shop run by volunteers for basics and an excellent pub for good food and a warm welcome 5 minutes walk away. The house is spacious and bright, with all the amenities you would expect, and is a great base for exploring the local area. Planning to book here again.

Very pleasant stay in this property.. The house was impeccably clean and well facilitated. It's also in a useful location within the Quantocks. I would come again. To note, Sykes initially gave me the wrong information, telling me there were no open fires which was not the case. Wood is supplied for two ground floor open fires and there is also ample central heating. Perhaps the owner could make the latter point clearer in the description.

Whites Meadow was a fantastic holiday cottage that catered for our party of 4 adults, 3 children and a dog.. It was very spacious and had absolutely everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend. Once arrived on the Friday night we did not need to get in the car until we left. We were amazed by the lovely walks from the house, the community village shop opposite and the pub in the village. We all felt the pictures did not do the house justice hence why it far exceeded our expectations - it was much bigger than expected and we were wowed by the views and proximity of Bicknoller Hill. Put some more pictures in of the garden in the sunshine and the wonderful views from the rear of the house! Thank you for such an easy weekend - we all had a fab time and hope to return another day.

The house was perfect for us, good layout and facilities, homely and wonderful welcome with tea and cake! Great position with walking direct from the door. Community shop, bus and pub nearby.

We loved the house and the setting, great for dogs as had a tiled kitchen and garden Room.. Kitchen had every necessity and lots of lovely touches all over the house such as books, games and jigsaws. Walks straight up the hill from the house, good pub, village shop and little park across the road. The only negatives were the beds weren't particularly comfortable especially not the single ones and when there was an issue with the boiler I rung Sykes cottages and they directed me to ring the owner. This issue was dealt with straight away by the owner but ifelt that it should have been Sykes cottages who rang them not myself.

The house is the best holiday let we have ever had, they had thought of everything.. It was clean and welcoming with tea, coffee and biscuits waiting for us and gentle music on the radio. The photo doesn't do the house justice and is so spacious and like a tardis. Wonderful place we hope to return to.

The house was very spacious and wonderful to stay in.. The garden was full of nature and we were able to watch rabbits, woodpeckers, birds and foxes with our breakfast. The village was quiet with a lovely shop, park, church and walks. Location was central and only a few miles from some great places to visit. Would stay again.

A beautiful cottage in the most peaceful surroundings with stunning views from the back of the house.. Little extras like having cake ,tea ,coffee and milk waiting on our arrival was very much appreciated. We had a very relaxing week.We had a problem with the hot water on day 3 but Sykes were quick to resolve it.,followed by a courtesy call from the owner the following day to check everything was ok.We would look to book with Sykes again in the future.
